When you stay and holiday with us, you enjoy beautiful design coupled with the services you’d expect from a hotel – where your individual preferences are always catered to. We don’t just adhere to general standards; instead, we focus on fulfilling your individual wishes.

In the Pergola Residence lounge, daily newspapers, magazines, and books are available for reading, along with hiking maps and travel guides with information about excursions and hikes. In the afternoon, you can indulge in Ruth’s famous homemade cakes. Plus, drinks and cocktails are available for you to mix at your leisure at the honesty bar. A bar cart with spirits and hand-mixed, ready-to-drink cocktails is also available at Haus Engadein.

In Lagundo, we deliver fresh bread rolls and croissants to your door every morning, along with your preferred daily newspaper upon request (for a fee – please order the day before). Every kitchen is equipped with Nespresso and filter coffee machines, and you can find capsules, ground coffee, and other essentials in our small bottega. There is also a select range of breakfast products in the Engadein Haus’s Bottega.

Wines from small South Tyrolean wineries and our own wine “V”, as well as high-quality local and Italian products such as cheese, yoghurt, butter, jam, speck, olive oil, pasta, sauce, and more, can be found in our wine cellar and small in-house Bottega.

Indulge in comfort in our indoor pool, outdoor pool (available from spring/summer 2024), Finnish sauna, and steam bath in Lagundo. On the Renon plateau, we have a Finnish sauna with a shower area and a sunbathing lawn. And in all three houses: massages, energetic body treatments, as well as high-quality PERGOLA natural cosmetics made in Merano.

In our small fitness room with a view of the mountains and valley, you will find WaterRower and Nohrd equipment for strength training (available from spring/summer 2024). We recommend the surrounding hiking trails for those keen on cardio and endurance training. Personal trainers and private yoga or Pilates classes can also be booked.

You can travel comfortably and free of charge by public transport throughout South Tyrol. For this, you will receive the „Südtirol GuestPass“ in Lagundo (bus stop right outside) or the „RittenCard“ in Auna di Sopra. The cards also give you access to over 90 museums. If you would like to rent an e-bike, we will gladly organise this for you on-site.

At both Pergola Residence and Spazio 46, you have the daily option of having your entire suite fully cleaned, partially cleaned, or not cleaned at all. At Haus Engadein, cleaning is carried out every three days – or more frequently if requested.

Upon request, we can wash, dry, and iron your laundry at Pergola Residence and Spazio 46. Spazio 46’s Loft includes a washing machine with an integrated dryer, and Haus Engadein has a washing machine and dryer for guest use.

You can conveniently park your car, motorcycle, or bicycle in one of our secure underground car parks, which also have charging stations for electric vehicles. Lockable cupboards are outside your suite for storing your hiking, golf, or other sports equipment.

As soon as you receive our booking confirmation, your booking is considered binding, and the cancellation conditions apply. No deposit or credit card information is required.

Here’s how you can reach us in Lagundo at Pergola Residence and Spazio 46 – open from mid-March to mid-November. Here’s how to get to us at Haus Engadein on the Renon plateau – where we’re open all year round.

In all three of our locations, you can check in from 2 p.m. and must check out by 11 a.m. Feel free to inform us in advance if you require an early check-in or late check-out, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Depending on when you cancel your stay, the following cancellation conditions apply: up to 21 days before the planned arrival: free cancellation; up to 14 days before the planned arrival: 30% of the total amount; less than 14 days before the planned arrival: 80% of the total amount; in the case of a no-show, early departure, or late arrival: 100% of the total amount. We recommend taking out travel insurance to mitigate any potential losses should unforeseen circumstances arise.

Pets are not allowed at any of our houses. However, if you are travelling to South Tyrol with your four-legged friend, we would be pleased to help you arrange a dog boarding facility. That way, you can still enjoy your visit to our region with your pet nearby.
