Zur Blauen Traube is a historical, listed inn from the 17th century. In March 2019, Christoph Huber opened here a new inn with a young spirit.

Christoph is a passionate cook with international experience. He uses local products and traditional influences for his dishes. The ambiance of the inn has retained its historical charm: its appeal lies in its simplicity and discreet elegance.

Christoph was awarded the Godio Prize in 2019, which is presented every year during the Merano Wine Festival to a South Tyrolean chef who makes spectacular achievements in the culinary field and reflects the ideas of Godio. 2020 he was nominated Newcomer of the Year by Falstaff International Restaurantguide.
