Waidmannalm is a mountain restaurant in the Merano 2000 ski and hiking region. The mountain restaurant has a lovely Swiss pine parlour and a large sun terrace. Typical South Tyrolean pasta and dumpling dishes are served here as well as sweet dishes and cakes. A special South Tyrolean delicacy is served every Sunday.

It can only be reached by foot. You can either hike up from the large car park in Falzeben or take the Ifinger cable car or the Falzeben gondola lift and walk up from there.

Several hiking trails pass by the mountain restaurant, including the E5 long-distance trail. The seasonal opening times depend on the weather and snow conditions; we can provide up-to-date information at reception.
