The wonderful 15th-century manor house Pillhof, situated above the wine road to Eppan, was once a stately farmer’s residence. In May 2003, the decision was made to stylishly renovate the antique walls, while respecting the old architecture, and to create an elegant and chic restaurant with wine bar.

Hostess Kathrin was keen to ‘create a place for people where food, drink and wellbeing are always the focus’. Discerning guests are offered the highest quality South Tyrolean products. The manor house also has a wine bar and a Mediterranean terrace that in summer will entice you out to enjoy an aperitif. There’s certainly no shortage of good wine here!
