Möltner Kaser is a cattle farm and mountain restaurant on the Salten, a sunny high plateau in the Sarntal Alps. In addition to typical South Tyrolean and especially Sarntal dishes, this alpine pasture is especially known for meat specialties from its own livestock farming.

From the first crocuses in April to the alpine rose blossoms in midsummer to the autumn crocuses in October, it really is always hiking and flowering time here and all over the Sarntal Alps.
