Anni and Christoph, mother and son, both work in the kitchen. Anni has been manning the oven for over 30 years and has acquired the knowledge and skills herself through hard work. Oswald works with his son Thomas in service. They make sure that you have everything you could possibly need.

The Geiser family also incorporate the flowers, leaves, berries and fruit that grow around the house, yard and in the garden. And those who would like to take home a little piece of Apollonia can choose from a small selection of homemade juices, chutneys and fruit spreads.

It is also possible to walk to Apollonia: it is around 1 hour from Grissian or Gaid and around 1.5 to 2 hours from Nals.
